The Audio Technica ATM250DE is a dual element microphone with both a hyper-cardioid dynamic and a cardioid condenser built in the same housing.
With both capsules wired in perfect phase with each other, the dynamic neodymium capsule captures the attack of the beater and the condenser capsule captures the full tonal qualities of the shell.
Highly recommended for kick drums, percussion instruments, bass and electric guitars.
It offers an integral 80 Hz High Pass Filter switch and a 10 dB pad.
The housing is an all metal design.
Output from the microphone is a 5 pin XLR M connector. The included shielded cable features a 5 pin XLR F connector to two XLR M connectors
It includes an isolation clamp (AT8471) to prevent unwanted noise.
